What data is processed

eSIM Vouchers is an editorial website. Reading it requires no account, no sign-up and no form. No analytics, profiling or advertising cookie is stored on your device.

Two categories of information still exist:

• Technical connection data (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type), recorded automatically by the server hosting the site. It is used solely to operate the site and protect it from abuse.
• Messages you send to the contact address: your email address and the content of your message, which you provide voluntarily.

Partner comparison tool

Some pages display an offer comparison tool provided by a partner. It is loaded from a third-party service when the page is shown: that partner may then process your IP address and technical browsing information, under its own privacy policy.

If you click through to an offer, a tracking identifier lets the partner attribute the visit to this site. This mechanism does not collect your identity and only serves to count referrals.

Why this data is processed

Connection data is processed on the basis of the controller’s legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and available. Messages received are processed in order to reply to them, on the basis of your own voluntary approach.

No data is used for marketing, profiling or automated decision-making. No data is sold or transferred.

How long it is kept

Server technical logs are kept for no longer than twelve months and are then deleted. Email exchanges are kept for as long as needed to handle the request, then archived or deleted.

Who can access it

Data is accessible only to the controller. It is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH (Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Allemagne), within the European Union. The delivery service protecting the site may also process connection data for security purposes.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have a right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection regarding data about you, as well as a right to data portability.

To exercise them, write to contact@esimvouchers.com. You will receive a reply within one month. If, after contacting us, you consider that your rights are not respected, you may lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of your country of residence.

Cookies

The site itself stores no cookie. The partner comparison tool mentioned above may store one when it is displayed; managing those falls under that partner’s policy. Your browser lets you refuse or delete third-party cookies at any time.
